Is my staff data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (SOC 2 Type II) for storage and Clerk for authentication. Staff data is isolated per organisation.
Do you store car registration plates?
Yes, reg plates are stored to enable repeat lookups without hitting the DVLA API every time. All data is held in accordance with UK GDPR.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens at the Free plan limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro when you try to add a 6th staff member. Existing staff are unaffected.
